In-Store Pickup - Located at 43 W. 24th Street, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10010. Pickup hours: (Monday through Friday 8:30am- 7:00pm EST). Please note in-store pickup is not available for mounted prints over 30”x40”.
Orders placed for pickup will be held at 43 W. 24th Street, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10010 for 5 business days. If not picked up during this time, package(s) will automatically ship via FedEx domestic ground to the billing address on file. If the billing address on file is located internationally, package(s) will be disposed of. Please note that we can not offer refunds or remakes on orders shipped to the incorrect address or if disposed of after 5 business days.

Local Truck Delivery -The Duggal team will contact you when your order is ready and will schedule delivery of your order based on your availability Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Please note some items may arrive in separate packages if you have placed an order containing prints and/or mounted artwork. These packages may also arrive at different times due to the time frames specified above.

Orders placed after 3:00 AM EST will be processed the following day.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, simply contact our Return Center within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at with the following:

  • Your name
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the issue

Please note: We are unable to exchange or refund your order for customer-created errors such as color inconsistency between your computer and our calibrated printers, poor image quality or low resolution (our editing software provides a recommendation), typos and misspellings, layout errors, blank pages or mistakes in product design, product selection mistakes (i.e. product size and finishing). We also cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

Duggal reserves the right to request that you return the product to us where we will offer an exchange or reprint at no additional charge; issue store credit for items (not including shipping); take no action; or, if a solution cannot be provided issue a refund. During the return process please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Please use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material. Shipping charges for the item(s) being returned will be the responsibility of the client (exceptions may apply). A traceable shipping method is recommended.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ShopDuggal has no control over these charges, nor can ShopDuggal predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


  • Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
